How does SecurityProject Zone WORK?
REGISTRATION and AUTHORIZATION
Registration in our www.S-P.zone service allows you to get an access to additional functions and gives a possibility (if you wish, of course) to receive our information messages to your e-mail address.
After registration, Your Account will be automatically created. It allows the user to change additional settings, select the access level and gives the extended services.
More information about access levels is in PARTNERSHIP section.
You have to go to REGISTRATION section to create an account in SecurityProject Zone online service.
Please, fill in all required fields, marked by (*), including language and your location.
After you’ve sent a completed form (SUBMIT button), you will receive a letter which contains an activation link by your e-mail.
Following the link, the system will activate Your Account and you will successfully pass authorization on the webpage.
Please, pay your attention that the message with activation link could be put in a SPAM folder of your e-mail box. Please, check this folder.
Because of possible mail server overload, it can take several minutes to send you a message (usually from 1 to 15). If you didn’t get a message during 1 hour, please, refer to the technical support service in HELP section.
Authorization, or access to Your Account
For the authorization on www.s-p.zone webpage, please enter your e-mail and password in the corresponding form on the webpage and press (make a left mouse click) the ENTER button.
Please, tick the box “Remember me” if you want the authorization during the next sessions to be automatic.
If you forgot your password, please use the RESET form, located next to the authorization form and marked as “Forgot the password?”
Please, enter your e-mail (which has been used in registration) in pop-up window and press “Send the link” button.
The webpage service will automatically generate the password reset link and send it to your e-mail. Please, check the Inbox folder in your e-mail client.
Please, pay your attention that the message with password reset link can get to a SPAM folder of your e-mail service. Please, check the appropriate folder.
Further, please, open the message and go to a special link.
If the link doesn’t open automatically, please copy it and paste it in the new browser window.
You will be redirected to www.S-P.zone webpage, where you have to enter a new password for Your Account login and press “Save new password” button.
You have to use a new password for authorization in the future.
Because of possible SecurityProject Zone mail server overload, it can take some time to send a message (usually from 1 to 15 minutes). If you didn’t receive the message during 1 hour, please, try the password reset form again.
ACCESS LEVELS to SecurityProject Zone service
The SecurityProject Zone online service provides a line of access levels to partly limited functions set (free or paid).

SecurityProject Zone prepaid card?
The SecurityProject Zone prepaid card allows getting an access to the additional functions set using the prepayment.
Depending on card type (PROFESSIONAL or ADVANCED) it will allow a prepaid access, according to users type level – ADDITIONAL or PROFESSIONAL for the period of 30 days starting from the card activation date.
To activate a prepaid card it is necessary:
During 24 hours you will receive a confirmation that you got the additional access to the SecurityProject Zone services.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
SecurityProject Zone uses a paid subscription system based on the access level you select: EXTENDED | PROFESSIONAL | PROFESSIONAL PLUS for regular users and DISTRIBUTOR for suppliers.
Each user of the online service independently chooses the desired access level and the number of months for which access to the corresponding functionality will be provided. The user’s subscription to the desired access level is confirmation of the conclusion of an electronic contract (offer) within the meaning of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce.” The rights and obligations of the purchaser (consumer) of goods, works, or services in the field of electronic commerce are determined by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”
Please note that you will not receive a refund for any unused subscription time, but you will be able to use the paid features until the end of the subscription period.
NON-REFUNDABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Payment for a subscription to access the digital content of the SecurityProject Zone online service is non-refundable, except in cases where it is proven that the delivered digital content is defective.
The delivery of digital content (e.g., in-app elements) begins when the digital content is added or enabled in your SecurityProject Zone account or otherwise made available to you.
Therefore, you are not entitled to cancel the transaction or receive a refund once the delivery of digital content (virtual elements) has started—at this stage, your transaction is final.
DEFECTIVE CONTENT
We make every effort to improve the functionality of SecurityProject Zone and provide you with a great product. However, if the digital content you purchased from us turns out to be defective, please contact our user support center within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the following information:
- Date of the transaction;
- Subscription type;
- Description of the defect (you can add screenshots or other materials that show how the content is defective).
We will review your case and make every effort to resolve the defect if it is due to reasons related to SecurityProject Zone. If we are unable to quickly rectify a confirmed defect, we will offer you a refund.
After the refund is approved, you will permanently lose access to the content. The refund will be processed to the account used for the initial purchase.
Please note that SecurityProject Zone is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected emails, downloads, or other delays in the communication system, as well as other issues arising on the user’s or any third party’s side that may cause the product to not function properly.
